About Junior Original Concert (JOC)
The Junior Original Concert (JOC) is a unique activity in which children under the age of 16, who have enrolled in Yamaha Music Education programs, perform their own original compositions. The JOC nurtures creativity and composition taught in the Yamaha curriculum.
Since its establishment in 1972, JOC concerts have been held in 28 countries with renowned orchestras. Currently, more than 45,000 compositions are submitted by Yamaha students each year globally.

🎆 2021 JOC 50th Anniversary Concert
My work The Ballad of Gaixia was selected as one of only 12 pieces chosen globally and the only piece from China for this milestone celebration.
🎌 2016 International JOC (IJOC)
My composition Beautiful Huitengxile stood out from over 30,000 original pieces worldwide, earning a performance spot at the 45th IJOC in Tokyo, Japan.

About Yamaha International Highlight Concert
The Yamaha International Highlight Concert was first held in 2019 in Singapore as a unification of the Asia Pacific Junior Original Concerts, Yamaha Electone Festival, Yamaha Junior Piano Competitions, and other concerts featuring students involved in each of the various Yamaha Music School activities.

About YEF
Y.E.F. (Yamaha Electone Festival) is an annual Asia-Pacific Electone competition testing not just technical skill, but musical creativity, innovation, and musicianship. The competition includes both required pieces and original compositions or arrangements.
About Yamaha Grade System
The Yamaha Grade Examination System, started in 1967, enables music learners to improve their skills systematically while verifying their overall ability. The system is classified into three categories:
- Student Grades (13-6)
- Teacher Grades (5-3)
- Performer Grades (2-1)
